The episode PV at the end of last episode makes it pretty clear that she based it off Kaito's autograph (also it's blatantly obvious that he'll play some sort of role). It's just hilariously unlikely that his role in the episode will be one that satisfies Kaito/Uta shippers. The main staff probably would have picked a different writer if that were the intention (or have placed more het development in the first half of the season). Purirun/Uta development is more likely if anything.

Uta/Purirun was plenty foreshadowed and the first episode of the season was even just them together alone, but no one took the foreshadowing seriously.

Almost no one took this kiss seriously, not even the most diehard of yurifags. Even I saw this more of a Uta/Kokoro shipping moment than a Purirun/Uta one.

Kiss clearly has to kiss Idol at some point (or Idol kisses Kiss). The names have been prophetic so far.
