It's certainly possible, but that would imply that Kris and Asriel are closer in age than the game seems to be leading us to believe, and assuming that Dess and Asriel were the same age, it also puts constraints on how long ago Dess disappeared and everything that happened afterward. There's no hard evidence here but my reading of the story is that the good-old-days everyone is missing were more than like 3 years ago.
(I personally interpret Kris searching "college summer vacation when" as implying that a summer vacation has already come and gone, since that's the kind of thing you would search with a vacation coming up, not in the Fall when it's almost a year away and you'd be more anticipating the winter holiday)

That's the point. It's asking you something that you've been misled about and you couldn't possibly know, but Kris would, because it's a question about Kris's life.
The "Kris's favorite food" question is similar but not as much of a rugpull, Undertale-brained people who are locked in on "Kris = Chara" are going to automatically pick "chocolate" instead of "pie" (and even if you're not it's basically a 50-50, Kris loves both).
