It did give me 3 PF, so doing prison second is the optimal choice then, because there wasn't any unique reward for going there first

so Cassie should always be 1 priority? Nothing in Rykad seems worth the hassle beyond having a few unique dialogs?

the DLC is basically part of the main game, if it works like Void Shadows its gonna open up more as the main story continues
