NTA but did you actually read what you wrote before you hit "post"? Mario Kart World is $80 fucking dollars, dude. What the fuck are you on about? The game should have been $60 max especially considering the lack of content and low quality of what little there is.
I want you to remember the entire justification when Snoy increased priced from $60-70. It was entirely due to the massive $300-500 million dollar budgets these games required to be made. Something like Horizon Forbidden West may not be my cup of tea when it comes to gameplay or character design, but you cant deny that it has extremely high production values. Games like that cost an arm and a leg to develop. This somewhat justifies the price increase. Nintendo on the other hand is slapping an $80 price tag on a game that literally looks like a glorified PS3-era title. It's literally beyond defending for any rational human being. Even $70 would be nuts, but the fact that they decided to go above and beyond to $80 is absolutely mind-boggling considering what's on offer. They shit on their fans and they just gobble it down no matter how hard it is to swallow. It's like you people genuinely have Stockholme Syndrome or something....
