Easy in your 20's.
Every daily smoker I've known has had to stop completely sometime in their 30's. They have psychotic breaks or panic attacks, even with small amounts.

I don't know many heavy/ daily smokers who stay that way once they get older. Stuff starts breaking in your 30's and 40's.
