The problem is that in order to do the latter they have to drastically limit their capabilities in the former so you're stuck with Mythic Talent with extra steps and a worse cut with a consulting agency stapled on because Vshojo management can only SUGGEST and RECOMMEND members to do things.
They tried to have their cake and eat it too. Vshojo was built to be
