We do know he can break reality to a degree, in UT he once jsut fucking airwalked off the screen diagonally. So mabye he just fell into the fountains by accident and then decided to set up Puzzles he rewards with eggs for reasons.

>hes a tall person that could fit inside
>im still convinced he knew about as much as Sans in UT about the timeline-stuff he just stayed true to his philosophy and, sucesfully, prevented a ton of genocide runs while Sans actually made them happen. Meaning hes just a excentric Kant-like weirdo but still smart and would fit in fucking with the player this time around instead of Sans
