TLDR for non german speaker: there has been cheating problems forever and it is POSSIBLE to cheat on certain LAN events, they even managed to do it practically.
not enough recources and time to really combat cheaters on LAN.
one professional or semi professional player got caught because the coder made a mistake
The cheat coder kinda hints that there are cheating professionals (He does NOT say it but if you read between the lines, it sounds like it IMO!)
i think that was most of the important points, i watched that video days ago so my memory is kinda blurry.
