I was watching a Deltarune theory video and I figured out the knight. The knight is
alternate Kris. Different "original" timeline Kris. The game has several timelines, as depicted through the 3 save files, the minor differences, and the fact that Undertale did the same exact shit as far as what each playthrough represented. Also, there are clearly multiple knights
