I don't know shit about Maliss. How is the game getting worse now? Or do I finally metaslave as I have months of resources piled up and nothing I want to use them on?

Where and/or what are the specific rules for calculating individual character carrying capacity based on your strength score in A Time of War? The books are so shit laid out, I cant find it, the index gives me nothing.
