>This is off topic, but the connect event that delves into Elaine's relationship with Van is also something that should have been done in the main story. It's an episode where we learn why Van likes sweet things... and even that had to be turned into Connect.

Considering how popular Agnes is in Japan I doubt Kondo would make her lose or won't make her a romance option. Unless Kondo bows his knee to the westoids.

Who at Falcom thought it was a good idea to make the antagonists of Kai not to appear before the game is mostly over and let us do generic filler side quests 90% of the game and call it plot progression? What iliterate intern wrote that shit? Even AI would actually attempt to at least write a semblance of a story. At this point you can use Falcom games as a negative example for young scenario writers how not to write a JRPG. Holy fuck.
