>How about you get terrifyingly STRONG at upright rows, heave some heavy loads and get BULBOUS.
ok i will get terrifically strong at upright rows, but i won't do this shit cause it's retarded injurious nonsense - is that ok bot?
i will work muh traps and delts separately with isometric holds of miniscule weight, shrug with 2 light dumbbells and double chin neck positioning and delts with otator cuff supposed movement
>wha?
like i stand as if i was doing dumbbells ohp
>and?
and drop muh scaps down and spread them out with muh serratus - look up scapular circles to understand what i'm talking about
>and?
and tilt dumbbells (forearms) a tad forward
>and?
and hold :D there was never point in repping anything, i want muscle to work continuously, only isometric tension allows that

pictured is what i do for traps and they responded beautifully, there's not a single t-shirt that fits me anymore lol, they all feel strange as if hovering way too high, that is if it fits at all, some are beyond saving too small :D

no bot, simple shrugs will do what is asked in ur sodomite OP:
>>76411443
>tuck your chin, make double chin - cervical spine positioning is crucial
me neck and traps grew immediately from lightweight dumbbells isometric shrug hold with conscious care of posture, shoulders to ears - that's all u need to do for neck provided u keep your double chin engaged
by the way, it will also feel like u're doing nothing really, but neck and traps grow overnight i swear :D

>>how do I train traps?
and neck :D yes exactly like this bot - 2 light dumbbells, straight spine including double chin for neck and shoulders go to ears
>and?
and that is it
>>76342436
>the most braindead muscle to train
well no, u have to have brain to figure out not to bob head forward which uses your neck craning to perform the motion instead of traps, sternocleidomastoid and levator scapulae when u make double chin and do it

>>76342197
>Upright Rows but apparently that doesn't even work the traps and only made my front delts more sore lmao
funny, i came to the same conclusion, upright rows, lateral raises, facepulls - it's all front delt

>then how did u get these beautiful plates for pecs all the way to sternum
>crossover, and i do it unilaterally and as isometric hold and with full protraction of shoulder

>but i'm poor and don't have fancy long bands
u can always tie rope to your band and make it as long as u want :D
>rope will slice through rubber
it won't if u take one of your expired socks and reeve rope onto sock so that it doesn't slice through chink 10$ powerband

is as retarded as bench, u don't have to do either, in fact it's better if u don't, always
