Honestly, I agree with OP.
Cars today break a lot. The plastics rattle after 10,000 miles. The performance of the vehicle drops by a noticeable amount before 40k. And 80% of the car has to be taken back to the shop for recalls within 3-8 years.
Even though older cars did need maintenance, at least they ran great, didn't make a sound other than engine and exhaust, and looked good. Even Honda and Toyota run like shit by the time you get the the 10th oil change now. I have yet to see a truck made after the 90's not require new brakes and attention to the suspension after 50k. It actually really has gotten absurd.

I need a flat bed on the back of a truck to be able to extend outward towards the back and lay flat on the ground while carrying 2500 pounds. The bed is only about 7 or 8 feet long.
I am not a fabricator and have no idea how to do this or the hydraulics involved. What is the profession I should be inquiring with to get a project like this completed? I've been googling fabricators in my local area with no luck.

My property has $183k left till pay off. The home value is about $400k without a proper assessment (likely closer to $420k with what I've upgraded in the house). My credit score is 749 after a credit union made a mistake that I'm working to fix. Before the mistake it was 790 or 820 pending on the jews you asked.
Is there a realtor on this board who could go into an in-depth conversation about my options?
Ideally, I'd like to rent this place out, but selling it may help me get into another property in a city I'd like to move to. But having that extra income would really help with my move and obviously overall, replacing a small part of my need to work.
But I'd like to know all my options. It may be better to sell this and hopefully pay off 60-80% of a different house and just continue working like a slave for 15-30 years.
