It obviously does not work on To Claim Their Bones, as it wasn't a skill that was selected

So... do we even know for sure Regret's passive will work on SAVAGE TIGERSLAYER'S PERFECTED FLURRY OF BLADES
I do expect it to work on the regular skill 3 Tanglecleaver as the least
