That OS hasnt been supported for years and Valve doesn't owe you updates. Maybe you should make another worthless petition called StopKillingOperatingSystems too since forcing people to work for free for your own interests and being entitled is apparently all the rage these days.

because noelles obsession is blatanlty unhealthy and based off her missing her sister, which in turn results in her projecting the personality of her sister onto the mysterious persona of susie, because of this their relation is doomed from the start as any increase in intimacy will only break this persona noelle has projected onto susie which in turn will result in disassitification and noelle potentially trying to mold susie to be like her sister frustrating susie. Not to mention their personalities do not seem to have anything in common to allow them to actually understand each other. Basically susie is a short tunr infattiution that noelle has not something that can result in some sort of lifelong relationship.
