Most modern Gatcha have guaranteed Pity. GFL2 you're guaranteed to get every single banner character as a F2P and only need to save up or spend for merges. Genshin, WW, ZZZ, and such aren't that generous but they still have a pity guarantee.
Nikke is the odd one out, using the old model and selling $60 skins ontop of it.

How is Tololo able to act 3 times per turn with Springfield v1?
If I use Spring S2 > TL S3 > TL S2 > TL S1, wouldn't TL's S2 only give a total of 4 points (3 from the skill, 1 from Springfield's buff) out of the 6 required for an extra action?
