My friends and I will be attending GOML 2025.
I've only ever played Ultimate casually, so I would appreciate your tips on how to git gud in two weeks.
The characters I mesh with the best are Doctor Mario and Falco. I'm alright with Incineroar, Little Mac, and Young Link.

That's... the point. Their main bread and butter video is just pointing out how good Pokemon are in certain metas. There's only so many times you can talk about the landscape of Gen 4 NU before it all blends together, especially because it's not a meta that's being developed like all of the past gen OUs.
They're useful for SPLC where you want to build a competent team for a lower past-gen tier like Gen 4 NU, Gen 5 RU, Gen 6 PU, or etc.
