DS9 is my favorite but that is subjective, some people don't like the direction it took Trek in. I would say TNG and DS9 are peak Star Trek. TOS is worth watching but you may or may not be able to deal with it, it's very dated. The TOS movies are definitely worth watching, but I'd say just star with Wrath of Khan (watch the first movie later on, it's divisive). VOY is TNG but way shittier, however it has some good characters, mostly The Doctor. It's worth watching at least once and you may come to enjoy it in spite of its flaws. ENT is much the same, but its final season actually started getting good (reminds me of Stargate Universe in that respect). No series made after that is worth watching. All of the TNG movies are shitty in their own way, I would recommend watching Generations and First Contact, but that's all. Don't watch any of the reboot movies or TV series, they're awful.
