This is a problem as ancient as Christianity. Look up the parable of the wheat and the tares. Even early Pagan writers like Celsus had serious complaints.

So if you're upset that your company is nothing but crooked humans, good! It means that Jesus is getting the people who need some kind of moral reform into the Church. If you want righteousness spend time around virtue ethicists and stoics.
