He sounds like Robin Williams in some of the other ones too, I think the voice training AI (if he is AI) used Robin's voice as a sample. His face is inconsistent too. Sometimes he has thick eyebrows, sometimes he has a wide face, other times he looks totally different like the OG Pajama pic. Super odd
