I have 290 ng/dl test and my SHBG is on the very high end

I told this to ChatGPT and it said I 100% need to be on TRT because my test level is on the extreme low end of the normal range (bottom 1%) and that because my SHBG is so high that my body isn’t even able to use the little test I have


But I am strong, I can OHP 60kg for 10 reps… and ChatGPT said it’s surprised by this… and that if i was able to achieve that with barely functioning test levels that I should easily achieve a 100kg OHP for reps on even a low dose of TRT

The question is… is ChatGPT full of shit?

I’ve been lifting at the same gym for 13 years

Never any virus from the gym

Recently to start saving on money I started using the gyms water fountain…. And I got a stomach bug…shit pure water for the last 36 hours… have done diarrhoea 15 times in total so far.


I did notice some people stick their bottle to refill it all the way up the fountain, I did think maybe if their bottle had some virus on it, that it would attach itself to the fountain…

I really only ever go to the gym. So it can’t be anything else…. Basically did the water fountain at the gym give me a stomach bug?
