Ironically I have never shipped (heh) Marine with Tails, I just don't feel like they would get along together too well but that's just my opinion.
If I were to do such a harem fanfic it'd probably be include:

>Cream
>Mina
>Barby
>Zooey
>Li Moon
And possibly some guest appearances from Carrotia and Zeena trying to take foxboy forcefully for themselves.
