I'm still in two minds finding out all about who and what they are, what I mean is the reveal that they are pretty much like Venat, Ancients who took on the form of a primal who you can meet in Elpis if you walk around and talk to people there.
Revealing the mystique and mystery kinda cheapens the lore a bit because what mystery is there now?
The Twelve were always in the background this anonymous force that we didn't really know, we suspected but didn't have the answers, yet not we have the answers and it's quite mundane.
