Try to get Director to high friendship, she'll level up your ultimate. Extra training, top option to train a bit more gives some often.
And try to have 70k fans by the start of year 2 and 120k before Ura. These also level your ultimate

Easiest way is to win Year 2 Arima if you have access to Long races. that's an instant 80k fans. 50k for 2nd place. Do it even if not required for your goals.
