GLP1s don't work on me. I get 2 weeks max of honeymoon period where I eat somewhat less and lose a few pounds and then I lose it. Up the dose, nothing, just more sides. Up the dose some more, just debilitating sides. This happened on sema. Now it's happened on tirzepatide. Been using it for 6 months now, am up to 15mg/wk and it does nothing except feeling queasy and gassy and dizzy a lot of the time. Appetite untouched. What fucking unspeakable crime did I commit against a fat person in a prior life to be immune to the miracle weight loss drug of the century?

Has anyone had fantastically better luck with retatrutide vs tirz and sema? They all just seem like slight incremental improvements so I don't think I can be bothered to try it if it's just going to be more of the same. Worst part is I know if I give up and taper off now that my baseline appetite is going to be even worse than it ever used to be.
