You forgot charging a shitload of money for mid bullshit, taking forever to do it and then having a spazz fit when politely asked for updates.

You haven't met most artists. They're petty as fuck and absolutely look down on others who don't find drawing to be special. I'm so glad that AI wrecked their shit. Maybe now they will be a little nicer and lower their prices.

For sure to both.
But for the average anon out there, how the fuck is someone supposed to know if something is an AI fake and not a leaked legit photo?
Sometimes it's obvious cause AI still has trouble with hands, but how is any of this that different from "art" or caricatures which have been 1st Amendment protected for hundreds of years now?
Sounds all sus really.

What kind of art does the artist not own any rights to, a company can compell them to make something the artist does not want to make or risk termination, the developer can change absolutely everything about the product at any time for any reason while still having it credited to the artist as their vision, and the interaction with the medium produces the art making the player the artist?
At best videogames would be a blank canvas.
A canvas is not art, its a medium for creating art.
