I'd welcome a serious and extensive peer-reviewed study on porn addiction among 18-35 year old males in America. I think the results would shock more people if anything, since most porn addicts will never admit they have a problem, nor that they're addicted to pornography. I imagine the percentage would be at least 50% if not higher, so at least ONE out of EVERY TWO 18-35 year olds has a porn addiction, which is pretty severe. If I put 100 of us in a room together, that means at least fifty of you are addicted to porn. That's bad. And don't come at me with "Oh I'm married. Oh, I have a girlfriend" That means nothing. Most marriages are ruined by porn addiction, if nothing else. A lot of men have a wife/girlfriend and still suffer from crippling porn addiction. I don't even think it really affects normalfags as much as it does "gaymers" and "weebs". I also absolutely believe that it destroys your perception of actual women. Your wife or girlfriend isn't as hot as the women you fap to, thus it completely diminishes any attraction you had for her at one point in time. You've now completely destroyed your attraction to real world women, because none can compare to the fictional women you're fapping to consistently. This isn't really rocket science when it comes to understanding the process and logic behind it, but you would never be able to explain this to a porn addict because the addict doesn't think he has a problem. Your wife/girlfriend knows that you don't view her with the same intensity or lust as an anime girl, or attractive female in a video game, and that destroys it all. For a normalfag it wouldn't be an anime girl or video game girl, but instead they're upset that their wife doesn't look like this 10/10 pornstar that would never ultimately look in their direction or give them the time of day. They realize their wife is hideous, so the attraction is gone, and the man spends the rest of his life masturbating to 10/10 pornstars he could/would never obtain.
