Some of the Ryzen models are also heterogeneous, with an asymmetrical CCD layout, e.g. 7950X3D. Not all heterogeneous architectures are created equal, of course.

Any third-party program hooked to your explorer.exe process that you have installed, like a shell extension or some Windhawk tweak? Explorer by itself shouldn't swallow that much memory.
