I have been researching this topic for a while and came to the conclusion that these three things are supposedly the most healing so how do I acquire them? For collagen, it seems like pork shoulder is the best part as I have no access to beef but have no idea how to acquire copper. Google says beef liver is best for it but don't have access to it and pork liver and livers in general today are very toxic because of the way animals are treated. The other things like plants don't seem to be bioavailable so I need some form of meat to derive it from. As for vitamin c, there's an argument that you don't need additional food for it as long as you don't over consume carbs. Thoughts?

I know this question gets asked every other hour but the more I look into it the less sense it makes. I want to sincerely research the topic but it's so politically charged that it's impossible to even question it without being told you're the most evil person alive. Yet the proof of it is just some docomunts that can easily be forged and considering how there are always mysterious things happening around Jewish people it's not that far off to think the numbers that are claimed might not be true. For some reason there are mostly images of malnourished people which proves the opposite of what they claim.

Is there something nefarious about them or it's just human nature? There seems to be something primal about them yet at the same time if you consume them long enough they become tiring similar to the way junk food stops being tasteful after a while yet after a relapse from them they become irresistible again. Is it a form of spiritual warfare? Why do people have to intentionally avoid them and why do they make them feel the best and everything else seems insincire?

I have tried pretty much everything and the only thing that has worked consistently is raw meat but can't afford it at the moment. I have hemorrhoids and stay on average around four hours every time I go to the toilet, my knees and lower back are in a terrible shape because of it. Do you think there's some kind of way to achieve these ghost wipes?
