ideology is the mind killer and an empty hole people throw their hopes, rage, fear, and belief into. It is the insidious modern perspective that the unconscious can be controlled through a system of ideas masquerading as rational.
That meaning can be derived in steering a blind ship towards some utopian port. No one sets the sails, no one organizes the crew, no one stocks decks. Instead we have a ship full of self righteous captains bickering about the right way to turn a wheel so we can magically steer into a port that hasn’t been built yet. The discussions pertain only ever to the context of individual ideologies. Ever in the abstract decedent boxes of individualistic perspectives scraping at truth yet only able to reach a moral language limply engaged to whip your ideological lessers into action.
