I can't give you much input on this, since I have only played paladin in my entire WoW career which is like 5 months. But from what I heard from other players, they complain about rogue not being satisfying in Turtle but it seems like a very dynamic class. Warlocks get bored with the game because they only spam one skill apparently, but they are nice to have I guess, free portals are fun.

Ignoring your insult. Yes, Lex Imperialis was a terrible downgrade, but I don't think it will be the standard for Owlcat DLC. I think they were busy moving assets and working on the two new games, and they forgot to give attention to the Rogue Trade team.
Void Shadow story, OST and Kibbles were incredible so it can feel like it was a miracle.
