Is there any drawback to disabling windows updates?

I wish the games would put more emphasis on Samus being a mercenary. I want a spinoff that's just Bounty Hunter Simulator.

I want a spinoff where Samus is actually hunting bounties. They should let Retro do those side missions they wanted to for Prime 3. I just think playing some of Samus' normal 'pay the bills' jobs would be fun.
