A portal has opened in your room.
You're compelled to go through it - in one hour. Nothing you can do will prevent you from going through it. You know somehow that beyond the portal, there will be a world of fantasy and magic, not unlike your typical Dungeons and Dragons setting. You will be expected to survive in this world, as an adventurer or otherwise.
You have one hour to prepare. You'll be able to bring anything you can carry on you through the portal. Of what you can reasonably get your hands on within an hour, what do you gather and bring?

surely someone has done "high level adventurer-type gets reversed isekai'd to modern earth and becomes a superhero" at this point, right?
