This probably needs to be something else.
Seth's stats are like this
>Base Impact 94
>Base Anomaly Mastery 86
>Base Energy Regen 1.56
He actually gains far more from having ER on slot 6, just like Pan Yinhu.
AM disc would amplify very little.
Impact disc would also amplify very little.
The reason why impact on Caesar's shield is useful is because at least it's better for Seth than some extra ATK.
He doesn't need full investment into Impact, because he scales via Daze, similar to Jufufu.
He has Daze bonus from M4.
His EX has tremendous daze MV
>Daze Multiplier 811%
>Daze Multiplier (Charged) 1273.6%
So ER on slot 6 will likely result in more Daze in total.
As for 2p, it should ether be King of Summit for Daze scaling,
or Swing Jazz for additional EX.

If you have Lycaon-Lighter pair for ice team,
And if you have Koleda-Lighter pair for Fire team,
Consider giving lighter King of Summit, while Lycaon and Koleda has something else.
If you have Qingyi-Trigger pair for Lightning team,
and if you have Jufufu-Trigger pair for Aftershock team,
Consider the King of Summit for Jufufu and Qingyi, wile Trigger is probably much easir to build with Shadow Harmony.
But such final details is completely up to you, and dependent on which agents you have.
