This assumes that we'll be able to keep rolling on old packs. The fact that leader exchange tickets have an expiration date is an argument that KMR is intending to fully remove old sets from the shop entirely once a set rotates out. This would be a deviation from how they handled things in the first game, and will likely cause a bit of an uproar if they do remove it. Until the first set rotates, we don't really know precisely whether or not the old sets will be removed or if if they'll still be accessible.

I'm pretty sure that they're going to deviate from how shadowverse 1 handled things, and completely remove old sets from the shop once they rotate out. It's the only explanation that I can think of for why leader exchange tickets have expiration dates. This jewish move would accomplish two things:

>1: Prevent players from permanently investing rupees into old sets as a vial farm and ensuring that our vial income is always cucked by the dumb "you can only vial copies 4+" rule in perptuity.
>2: Introduce FOMO for chasing gacha leaders. No longer will F2Ps be able to patiently spend their time rolling on old sets or dutifully funneling anniversary awards into the old set that contains their favorite leader. Now they'll need to open their wallet and whale on a set while it's in rotation to get the leaders.

I'm going to throw some fuel on the fire for my schizo theory that KMR might outright remove old sets from the shop once they rotate, outright raining on the parade of anyone who intends to keep rolling on the starter set to turn it into a long term vial farm. I got lucky and pulled a 2nd ticket for Cerb. I haven't decided what to spend it on, which accidentally led to me noticing this little detail in one of the additional menus: Leader tickets expire.

To me that implies that the entire shop menu for that set where you can exchange leader tickets has a shelf life and that KMR wanted to bake in extra FOMO. Want a leader? Gotta whale for it while it's in rotation. To many players must have been dutifully saving up anniversary rolls to backtrack for Mono or other classic leaders.

I very much hope that I am completely wrong about this. But at this point do you feel like you can trust KMR?
