As much as my lack of weight loss fucking sucks I do feel miles better. I've been exercising a lot, eating good food and have abstained from weed and alcohol. I feel I've slimmed down a bit so maybe some body recomposition has taken place? But I want to get under 100 kilos so fucking bad. I've only managed 99,4 kilos after a water weight flush but that doesn't really count seeing you'll just get that back after drinking water.
