It's because Dark Souls fanatics (i.e. the ones who don't even give a shit about the actual world, lore, story, characters, music, etc. and literally only care about the above average gameplay) are literally the biggest cocksucking niggers in the entire world that think anyone actually gives a fuck about their micropenis measuring contests. To them, unless you literally make usage of actual, genuine, and unironic artificial difficulty in making the game far more challenging for yourself for no real reason other than some retarded sense of "satisfaction" fabricated by their rampant narcissism, then you didn't actually "beat the game", despite the fact that the devs literally give you a variety of tools for you to use which are all very clearly intended, and their way of playing the game is just self-inflicted torture because their parents didn't love them enough so now they feel the need to make others feel their pain in an abstract and obtuse way.
You could play the game entirely blind, come across a weapon that's really good, use it without any knowledge whatsoever of a "meta", and their immediate presumption is that you obviously looked up a guide that told you it was good and you only used it because of that. The weapon in question could have gotten nerfed into the ground early on into the game's life, but even if you play the game for the first time, come across it and use it through self-discovery, you'll still get these retarded spergs breathing down your neck. The most ironic part about all of this is that none of them say a goddamn thing about spending hours just preparing for one boss by going out of their way to get certain spells, incantations, talismans, upgrade items, etc. which means they're unironically using more "cheats" than a player who knows nothing about or doesn't use those things and just fights the boss with whatever summon the game gives you wearing armor they think looks cool, while using talismans that do nothing for them.

Anyone else in EU have their yt search results censored for SKG? The original videos are the only ones that come up now, same treatment as other censored terms where if you sort by upload the actual results come up.
