A lot, it's a support and dupe carried game. +5 Teresse is your main goal this summer but you'll have two reruns (1.5months) to get it as she reruns in August.
If you mean the recommend select/newbie pass tickets there's some tips in the faq in the OP

You grab all supports you can and try to get 1 good DPS per element, then 2 good DPS per element (1 mage 1 melee)

Updated tier list with some more changes and so. I added a reminder that it's just general value since some people insisted on treating it like a FH or other only list.
