They'll make it so inconvenient for you to have your personal car that you will opt to not have one.
Every single dystopian thing they do to the population is in some part made to be voluntary. Think of every product with a subscription model, every product with some "smart" feature that spies on you 24/7....think of your phone..

Hell think of the covid vaccine.
They didn't FORCE you at gunpoint to get it....they just made people lose their jobs and trying to keep people from having access to goods and services.
The only reason they pulled back on that last bit in the US is because they saw nearly half the country still not budging and realized they were going to invite a full on revolution if they kept going down that route.

He's shown up at least once on every vtuber I watch. At the very least he has good taste.

Yeah the strategy is quantity over quality and surely at least a few of them should know what they're doing.
Meanwhile the ones that don't know what they're doing or don't care are wreaking loads of havock.
The problems, of course, only pop up in the longer term...once it spills over into the customer noticable space it's a ticking clock on how long a customer will put up with the issues.

Unfortunately for all of us Americans that work in tech the customers have a huge tolerance.
That's why I think a campaign of showing people how easy moving to an alternative is would do wonders for correcting all of this.

>To retire you must sell the home you've been living in to go live in some shitty condo.
I saw an advertisement on YouTube that was basically asking boomers to retire to a South American country where their money will go farther.

Seems like the powers at play don't want people to have a stake in the US country at fucking all.

This has wider implications in the corporate sphere. Video games are at the end of the day software and video game companies are software (and a select few hardware) companies.
Whatever gets applied to them in terms of laws around people owning things will set precedent towards all other tech companies.

This effort, if successful, strikes a blow to the "own nothing and be happy" corpo bullshit.

You're either retarded or malicious. I don't make a distinction between the two so you're just a malicious retard in my eyes.
