regulation is good, actually. also the counter examples are completely irrelevant and not comparable at all, in addition all examples given were from the USA, funny how there wasn't a single example from EU lmao.
also IP laws are also good. they are just far overreaching currently.
those who oppose IP law, riddle me this: why would I (in a free market system) ever bother pursuing an idea in the first place if the second I publish it, some factory in china starts pumping out products based on that idea with me getting nothing as compensation?
