I really don't want Jake to die. Game of thrones and the popularity of Ned's death permanently killed all fiction because now every single story has to pay this "grownup" tax and kill off major people or it just doesn't have any consequence. It's the most retarded mathematical way of approaching stories but it's taken root everywhere. Just let my nigga grow old and retire with his wife after they win.
