Why do people hate UB so much? I genuinely ask because it feels like the shark's been well jumped at this point. I stopped caring about main Magic after Phyrexia led to a wet fart finale and it seems like since then the sets even for mainline have varied from ok to dogshit. I get that it's not thematic for stuff like AssCreed to be in Magic but I don't think anyone's rising up to tell me that Wacky Races is more fitting just because it uses Magic's cast of characters. Things have been all over the place with mainline sets and I feel like it's hard to take the setting as seriously anymore.

I mean it's an improvement on the Switch 1 in just about every way, even if the whole magnet thing means they can't use Hall Effect sticks. The only time I've seen people bragging is here where you can't take anyone seriously anyway and the points don't matter. Yeah, Nintendo oriented YTers are gonna be bootlicking but why the fuck are you acting like this shit is news? Plenty of people probably declared they'd boycott this system due to stuff like the price of MK World or Game Key Cards and I guarantee you most of them still bought it if they wanted it because gamers have less than no spine when it comes to combatting FOMO.
