>because it would give insight to his and Kris's character
Completely wrong insight. The whole theory was hinging on the fact that he wanted to be like Ralsei, when in the reality he was nothing like him, and he looked up to Dess instead.

Don't forget that he can't be a headband because no Darkners who had long history with Kris recognize him, even though they should've.

As some anon pointed out, every theory should account for storytelling aspect. Like, would it actually look interesting if presented in the game? The problem is, headband, crayon and other random junk do not make for an interesting reveal. Meanwhile I first conceived this theory on the emotional level, by imagining a good scene that could fit the tone of the game, and only after that the clues started pouring in from other anons. I have to confess, I completely missed the "pile of fluff" connection at first, and ironically enough some headbandfag actually tried to use it as counterargument when I was first suggested the plushie idea ("he can't be a plushie, he breaks into a pile of fluff when swooned!")

That's why I am putting so much stock in my "Ralsei is plushie" theory. Because that reveal can make for a really beautiful scene unlike every other theory.

Reminder that we broken the code completely in one of these threads
>picrelated
>parental lock in chapter 3 is 213
>Dess had lots of hearts (unsent valentines?) in her closet
>Dess incident happened during winter
>Ralsei's newsletter valentine says "I'm not sure you're the type who likes to receive only one valentine", Asriel has several girls lusting after him
>Ralsei has heart on his robe
tl;dr Dess disappeared on February 13th, Ralsei is a plushie she made for Asriel

I trusted Ralsei and I wasn't wrong. I can do this again.
