I'm warming up to it. The game looks fucking stupid in the same way the Donkey Kong Country TV series did, with ridiculous terminology like Bananza and Bananergy and the emphasis on music - except Bananza still has trace amounts of coolness, although more Splatoon-coolness than Country-coolness.
I'd argue that the TV series DK was more silly than Bananza DK, even.
