graphics have not significantly shifted in the past decade. RTX is a dev cheat code for not wanting to spend time actually optimizing their games while also having them still "look nice" and not take years to actually release and the advent of hyperrealism for the sake of itself has been singularly detrimental to the industry as a whole because with the means available, the level of creativity has stagnated due to not needing to find ways to make certain things work or using unique artstyles/presentation to help compensate for technical limitation. Okami has mogged every 'realistic' game released since 2006.
