Winning Eleven 2002, it was the last football title Konami put out for the PS1 and, while I like Winning Eleven 3: Final Ver. a bit more, this is the one that gets the most modern patches for current seasons and tournaments, due to it being the last one on the console, and playing the patches is quite appealing to me. I genuinely like this better than the current eFootball, it holds up well.

Indeed... they sadly did, with PES2015 they finally introduced microtransactions, a lot later compared to most companies to be fair, but it made them enough money to eventually scrap PES altogether and go for eFootball, a F2P mobile title on consoles, where there are basically no offline modes, not even Master League, no way to play a World Cup, nothing... and the worst is knowing that, if they haven't gone back to PES, it's because this is making them 10x more money, today's industry is so sad.

Kaka at his peak in Milan was truly special, I miss this bastard like you wouldn't believe, wish injuries didn't mess him up, we could've won the 2010 WC otherwise.
