Reckless frag buyer noselet here. >>18490835
After 5 or so days I can say I enjoy all 3 purchases a lot more than day one. Maybe it's the heightened expectations I had at the time, maybe it's air being let into the bottle, maybe it's my mind rationalizing the scents to make them seem more pleasant, or that I'm telekinetically editing, tweaking and rearranging the molecules, but here's what I'm getting now...
>Davidoff Cool Water
Still overrated as shit but I'm getting less of those "plastic doll" notes than the first time, a little bit more of those marine notes and now it lingers well. This was not the case on first spray at all where it had the most unsettling effect for me. I like it more now but I can't say I like it overall.
>H24 Herbes Vives
I still dislike Herbes Vives but I don't hate it. It still smells like chemical slop and gourmand dill notes (lmao) but I'm finding parts of it that I actually appreciate. Mostly making use of it as a room spray.
>Encre Noir
To slight surprise, Encre Noir has jumped to being my favorite of the 3. It smelled so cheap and with an odd undertone >>18490926 that I was put off. That odd undertone appears to have faded completely now and I'm in earthy ink heaven. Wtf. I am convinced that letting in a bit of air to cycle in the bottle actually does something. >>18490986

>muh psychology jargons
So irritating and constraining. I always hate those kinds of interpretation of psychology. Those labels are something you would use when building a robot/AI... but mere-exposure effect certainly makes sense.

Some of the hopeful immigrants
retards
I've met recently
>32 yo unmarried Japanese woman on student visa studying (or trying to, she lost her job and is dead broke) to be a kindergarten teacher in australia
>26yo clueless Korean psychology major who has no plans to enter the field and just came here to study english and find "a job" that needs english
>30yo guy, also from Japan, works part time as a barista while renting by himself, no plans to pursue any form of career, will just stay a barista in a foreign country for the rest of his life(???).
I have no fucking clue how these people are surviving. They need to go back for their own good. I am just venting here but I am amazed at the poor decision making that the average person displays.
