the way I see it...they wont be able to make the correct changes to bring players back.the incoming world map changes are only visual and the loot from the ritual playlists is still complete ass.almost everything ouside the portal is worthless now and the portal itself sucks ass.then there is fact that build crafting has been gutted and that our pre EOF loot is essentially sunset.prior to EOF you could play whatever you wanted and progress that way but now you are stuck in narrow path where playing the same solo mission over and over is the best way grind LL which really boring.speaking of the LL grind...its just meanigless grind until the real grind for gear begins and the new tier system is just farming greens,blues etc again except they are all purple now.players will not spend months to just to get to the real grind only to start from scratch once the season ends because destiny isnt diabolo.

tldr:bungie is too slow in reverting the mountain of changes,bugs and nerfs etc that are needed to save the game and they are too stubborn to admit that sunsetting and vaulting stuff under a new disguise will always be extremly disliked.we complained 5 years about sunsetting and vaulting and they still brought it back and that means that they dont give a shit about our feedback.bungie has pissed away thew last bit of trust and they wont regain it without massive "overdelivery"
