Ya, can be a slog though if your team doesn't build fire damage.
Everdark Fulghor is probably the hardest so far, at least as a caster because he runs around so much and the lockon for him is crap.

If you're playing Rev its probably the hardest class since every lightning spell other than honed bolt sucks at actually hitting him, and most others require you to be close. Also the whole summons dying immediately to him.
