WHAM, WHAM, WHAM, WHAM-

"Forsooth, my love! Hither and tither drift the intransigent blossoms that e'er gild the way twixt fate and folly!"

WHAM, WHAM, WHAM, WHAM-

"And um, if thou wouldst dally a while, perchance thine quest would be expedited by the path lest trodden?"

WHAM, WHAM, WHAM, WHAM-

"I am not" WHAM "doing" WHAM "a fetch quest" WHAM "when this" WHAM "is objectively" WHAM "more efficient" I said peevishly, continuing to headbutt the door like an angry goat.

"Well fine, be that way" she mumbled, dropping her picnic basket full of collected macguffins and sulking.

The exiled fairy sorceress sighed heavily as I continued to ignore the many, insufficiently logical plot advancement objects scattered around the world, and continue to violently slam my forehead against the door of the evil wizard's tower. The evil wizard, who had long since learned I was his superior in magic, was effectively besieged. Impotently watching his minions ineffectively try to attack me only to be knocked flying from my headbanging, and lamenting his inability to turn me into a cat.

With one final, mighty headbutt the local geography decided to cave in before the logic of Sierra games did. The tower crumbled. The earth split apart. The very clouds above parted, as the whole thing crumbled to ruin.

Except for the door, still standing there.

Feels dissonant to Lucifer's either demonstrated compassion and empathy for his comrades and the people he wants to save, maybe? Like surely he understands the agony of death.

Wait, so they all effectively belong to Jace? Eh, full pass then. I’d rather create my own guildfus on some other plane with careful social engineering and white mana than to deprive the master of the Guildpact of his sole consolation before I compleat his entire timeline.

>he doesn't want Time Lord regeneration in advance of any worldwide disasters that could make for great narrative hooks
I mean, given the option to choose I would prefer Timeless Child regeneration now that it has been established Time Lord regeneration is just a shitty, one-pump version of Timeless Child regeneration which can apparently just keep going forever unless the Timeless Child is brutally tortured into the image of a mere Shobogan (what Time Lords were called before Techeun discovered the Timeless Child, Omega discovered the Untempered Schism, and Rassilon apparently stole much of their other tech from other species)

On the one hand, back when I had an official one she definitely kept home and hearth warm. On the other hand, she also had a tendency to set the house on fire. Which was fine, because I built a house made of fire for us to live in anyway.

It would vastly lower the cholesterol rate in Britain at the cost of making traditional British activities like standing in the rain shouting YOU'RE NOTHING SPECIAL, WE LOSE EVERY WEEK because the team they are arbitrarily loyal to fucking sucks somewhat less fun.

Consider that the french shouldn't deserve credit for every form of fried potato.
